Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! To respect your time and ours, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, a 100% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee covers the time reserved exclusively for you and ensures fairness to all clients waiting for appointments.

Your Appointment Arrival

When you arrive, you can park in the driveway and enter through the side door on the west side (right side) of the house) and proceed downstairs into the waiting room.

Product Returns
Opened products are final sale. If you experience an allergic reaction, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Children & Appointments
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or babies to your appointment. We do not perform services on children under 18. Clients aged 18 and under must have parental consent.

Photos of Results
If you prefer not to have your photo used for social media or marketing, or would like your face partially covered, just let us know during your appointment — we respect your privacy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. As a boutique, appointment-based studio, each time slot is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows greatly affect our ability to serve others.
