Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required on file to reserve your appointment.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• No-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.

Your Appointment Arrival

When you arrive, please wait until you receive a text message to come in for your appointment. You can park in the driveway and enter through the side door.

Product Returns
Opened products are final sale. If you experience an allergic reaction, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Children & Appointments
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or babies to your appointment. We do not perform services on children under 18 without parental consent.

Photos of Results
If you prefer not to have your photo used for social media or marketing, or would like your face partially covered, just let us know during your appointment — we respect your privacy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. As a boutique, home-based studio, each time slot is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows greatly affect our ability to serve others.
