Cancellation Policy‍ & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may require full prepayment for future bookings.

No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without notice prevent other clients from accessing available booking times and impact small business operations significantly.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without communication will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings or result in declined future appointments.

Please understand that appointment times are reserved specifically for you, and your respect for these policies is deeply appreciated.

Your Appointment Arrival

When you arrive, please wait until you receive a text message to come in for your appointment. You can park in the driveway and enter through the side door on the west side (right side) of the house and proceed downstairs into the waiting room.

Opened products are final sale. If you experience an allergic reaction, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Children & Appointments
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or babies to your appointment. We do not perform services on children under 18 without parental consent.

Photos of Results
If you prefer not to have your photo used for social media or marketing, or would like your face partially covered, just let us know during your appointment — we respect your privacy.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. As a boutique, home-based studio, each time slot is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows greatly affect our ability to serve others.
